Creation of the new website, with a redesign of the main page. Probably going to do more updates today.

Added the changelog webpage and notebook webpage.

Added Humanoid section.

Added section on Mangrovia, my currently most fleshed out region!

(I'm aware that on some pages the links don't work, I will be revising this in the future)
